Apartment building, Frýdek-Místek

Priority of designing apartment building in the L shape was to achieve simplicity in the layout of loadbearing elements and repeatability of apartment units and hallways. On the southeast of the building there is an enclosed courtyard with greenery and entrances. Entire building has three levels, some section has five levels and there is underground parking level with supporting facilities. With height gradation and material segmentation we created a dynamical and light apartment building.
