Hotel Bauer in Bílá village has a historical building from 1911 and was adjusted and reconstructed multiple times and was restored in 2014. One part of the reconstruction was creation of a new wellness centre in the court in place of unsuitable facility building. Construction programme was with very limited construction space defining force for fundamental spatial and volumetric design. Simple lengthwise shape of the building with steep saddle roof is enhanced with prisms extruded to both sides, which are used as saunas. Western portion of the building with glazed gable wall is providing sunlight to recreational pool with a whirlpool. Eastern part is used for wellness procedures with saunas and resting areas. Bottom floor is designated for locker rooms, warehouse and technological facilities.
